The Event Process in 3 Easy Steps
REQUEST THE DATE
Choose an event package below and fill out our simple form. We’ll contact you to confirm date availability and schedule a meeting to discuss the details. At this meeting you’ll sign a contract and give a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the bartending services for the date and time of your event.
At our planning session will discuss the details of your event and create a drink menu. We’ll take care of getting a bid from a liquor retailer for your approval as Colorado law prevents The Parlor from taking payment or transporting liquor.
One week prior to the event, we’ll contact you for the final guest count and confirm all the details. At this time final payment is due to The Parlor. On the day of the event, we’ll show up two hours before if you purchased a Lace or Supercall package, and one hour before if you purchased the Dash package.
