DESCRIPTION:We offer Curious Palate Wine Experience themes as a fun way to share wine and culture with a new view. Through 2026\, we are exploring the characteristics of the vines with the characteristics of the Zodiac! We’ll explore wines\, varieties\, and regions from around the world to find out if they truly resonate with the astrological traits of each sign! The March tasting will feature celestial selections to emulate the characteristics and quirks of Aries! What wines reflect this bold and adventurous fire sign? Let’s find out! \nCurious Palate Wine Tasting Experiences are designed as a 90 minute in-person tasting adventure located at The Parlor in Colorado Springs. Certified Wine Geek\, Michaela Hightower will lead you on a tasting journey offering in-depth learning\, socializing\, friendly and professional guided instruction\, witty comments\, a couple of goofy moments\, and the delightful tasting of 1 sparkling and 4 still wines expertly paired with food bites.   \n5:45 pm: Doors Open \n6:00 pm: Welcome!  \nTipsy Turvy Tasting Tactics – If you haven’t been to a tasting event with Michaela\, consider attending this portion to learn the actual Tasting Tactics we’ll be using. There is a Right Way to do it…and the other just Doesn’t Work Right way to do it…come sip n’ learn! Even if you know it ALL\, Michaela might surprise you! If you are well versed in Michaela’s Tasting Tactics\, then you can catch up with classmates\, sip bubbles\, and gossip! \n6:22ish – 7:30 pm: All the seriousness of the curiousness and wine shenanigans happen! \nThe exchange is $40.00 per person.
