Each year, we offer a new Curious Palate Wine Experience theme to sip n’ play with; a fun way to share wine and culture with a new view.  This year, we thought it would be fun to explore the characteristics of the vines with the characteristics of the Zodiac!  We’ll explore wines, varieties, and regions from around the world intending to find out if they truly resonate with the astrological traits of each sign!
