Ruby’s Journey
Ruby is the Queen of The Parlor Fleet and our first mobile bar. Whilst late night scrolling one night, Casey came across a post listing a tiny house for sale. Casey and I donned our adventure attire and made our way east to the fields of Peyton, Colorado, determined this charming tiny house needed a new life, and brought her home to The Parlor!
We brought her here to the base of the mountains, pondered and planned, and got to know her a little more. Turns out she’s a tiny house with a GIANT personality and a deep love of serving classic cocktails, great grains, and sensational suds with a flair all her own!
Ruby’s Party Notes n’ Style:
Darling … grapes, grains & craft cocktails, of course! In the Summer beneath the stars!
What Does Ruby Wear:
From shutter style windows, sips are served from one side; open air views revealed behind. She has a little front porch for bartender access and a hand-laid penny floor to keep things cool. She boasts of the sips she’s offering with a menu line and glows with delight as the sun goes down!
Sometimes Size Matters:
While it’s not nice to talk about a girl’s measurements, certainly we can make an exception here! She’s tall and thin at 10’1” tall and is 16’6” in length. If she has the headroom, she loves to join the party!
She’s a Swell Gal:
Ruby is a Virgo. She’s smart, sophisticated and kind…with some sass. She insists she was born in 1928 in a speakeasy in Manhattan. We don’t argue with her. She loves serving up Prohibition sips & sharing secrets! To hear her speak, she’d likely say, “Step on up Doll, ya got a real Cake-Eater there! A lil’’ giggle water… pour somethin’ fresh ‘n tasty? No hooch here… isn’t a juice joint ‘n we don’t tolerate the zozzled!”
On the Road with Ruby:
Now that she’s left the fields, Ruby won’t leave the city. Ruby avoids tree branches, powerlines, or bumpy roads. If she bumps her head or damages her feet, she’s a hot mess and won’t come to the party!
Ruby’s Booking rate is $800 + Parlor Bartending Services. She is rather particular, so she only works with Parlor bartenders & services.
